FOCC is a non-profit charity organized to help patients of the NIH who have financial and other emergency needs while they are participating in trials at the Clinical Center. FOCC allows families to concentrate on the well being of their loved ones while at NIH, and relieves them of financial burdens related to their participation in clinical trials that support the mission of NIH.
