What:
Caffeinated News is a weekly event for YGL members to get together and discuss what’s in the news.  Topics can be anything which members want to discuss, from world news to local news.  We will have a free and open space to discuss your opinions, ask questions, and listen to others.  The GOAL of Caffeinated News events is to learn from each other and have the opportunity to discuss important societal issues with other YGL members. You can come to as few or as many weekly discussions as you’d like! 

Where:
Starbucks in downtown Bethesda (7700 Norfolk Ave, on a 3 way corner of Norfolk, Woodmont, and Cheltenham).  Locations may vary each week depending on attendees’ preferences.

When:
CN will now be held the first and third Sundays of every month at 10:30a.m.  In the event of a government holiday, Caffeinated News will be cancelled. 

How?? 
To make Caffeinated News the best it can be, it’s preferable if you come with 1 or 2 issues and/or articles which you would like to discuss. Feel free to prepare a short "elevator speech" about the article or issue, and/or bring discussion questions for the group.
