interested in public health education for kids, this event is for you! YGL-Bethesda is putting together a committee of 3-4 members who want to plan a community event this fall to help combat childhood obesity. As you may know, this cause is being taken up by Michelle Obama and others, and now YGL-B is getting involved: with support from the Aetna Foundation and the NIH R&W, we'll coordinate an event to help educate local parents and kids and motivate them to make their health a bigger priority.
